Welcome to our first blog!
As a rental management services company based in the vibrant city of Vancouver, British Columbia, we are dedicated to providing valuable insights and guidance to both landlords and tenants. In this series of blogs, we will explore the intricacies of rental management, specifically focusing on short-term, mid-term, and long-term rentals. Our mission is to help you navigate the complexities of the rental market, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for all parties involved.
Being headquartered in Vancouver, BC, it has provided us with invaluable experience in rental management. We have learned to navigate a highly lucrative travel with substantial competition, all while adhering to stringent regulations. These restrictions are among the most frequently asked about topics, and let me say, we embrace them. We LOVE restrictions because they make the market more profitable for landlords and safer for tenants. Think of it like economics 101. Supply and demand. Restrictions reduce supply but the demand for travel continues to stay high.
With this experience, we have developed a seamless model that allows us to pay our landlords, on average, 2-4 times their monthly mortgage payment. This success is based on industry secrets and strategies we have acquired over the years. In addition, as a result of our success in Vancouver we have began expanding to other area's of Canada and the US.

In Arkansas, the DSCR Loan Arkansas helps landlords and rental investors qualify based on property income. For Utah deals, the Hard Money Loan Utah option is designed for fast, asset-based funding. Meanwhile, long-term investors in Mississippi can take advantage of the DSCR Loan Mississippi program to expand their rental portfolios.”
